  Great little Motel very clean and tidy. Itsplder bit been very well renovated with insulation and heat pumps. I was surprised how busy Roxbrugh has become with some good cafe's and restaurants

  Heatpumps make it a cosy stay over winter. Love that a plunger and coffee is in the unit along with instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
