  This was by far the most beautiful campsite I have ever stayed at. This track is the greatest walk I've been on. Simply amazing.

  This hut has been rebuilt recently - a huge and impressive improvement on the original small structure. The covered courtyard is excellent for a lunch-stop. Inside, there are bunks and all one can ask for from a well-built New Zealand hut. If only Australia could provide facilities of this calibre to those who want to enjoy its natural spaces. As usual, well done, New Zealand!
