Surprisingly, the hotel didn't care about room service. Leave alone some cleaning of the rugs, bed sheet was not done. Only top was arranged. The bathroom flush leaked for all three days which they could not sort. Not even an apology was offered. There was total non-chalance which was even more frustrating. You don't want to be feeling that when you are in such a beautiful country otherwise

Reception attendant was friendly, and gave a great recommendation. Room is amazing (honeymoon suite), however the bed is made from two single beds. Flexibility is great, but one solid bed would be best for a honeymoon. The view is stunning, with floor to ceiling windows!

The pictures on the website are misleading. Views of both the lake and mountains are not from every room. Rooms need a good repaint and carpets need a good shampoo. Its not worth the money. Staff are great and its very close to Queenstown.

Fantastic motel! Friendly staff who were very helpful when we wanted to make the room cooler. Large room with everything we needed. Very good location and a great price. Thanks!

The room it's self was nice enough but a few things in it were broken, and it was not as advertised in booking. Services were extremely money hungry with WiFi being prohibitively expensive and even having charges for changing TV settings.

Best location in Queenstown, close to town but peaceful and quiet. Lovely staff. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy Cant wait to come back again.
