Rang and got rep to come out for a quote to do work. Expected to be paying $12 -16K so not just a few dollars job. Said he would get quote to me early the next week. A week and a half later I ring to ask where my quote is. 'Oh, yes sorry will get it to you today I promise'. Still waiting two days later now. Not a company I want to do business with. Rep needs some customer service training!

I am not sure what kind of day Garry was having when he wrote his review, but my day just got infinitely better from having been to Richmond Glass ( Novus Auto Glass) Every staff member was friendly and super helpful with a special thanks to Alex who hopefully got an extra muffin at morning tea for his superb help in sorting out my car window - back to faith in human kind after a breakin!!
Thanks team you rock!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. At Richmond Glass they really go out of their way to both make you feel welcome and to help you. Unparalleled speed of service while carrying out the job to the finest quality. They get the job done in a very reasonable time frame while also doing the job to the very best standards. I would highly recommend Richmond Glass to anyone needing auto glass repair done or general glass needs. Absolutely outstanding! 5/5
