Taylors have got a really good range of top brand shoes. I really enjoy visiting both their shops, in Nelson and Richmond.

Absolutely awful - complete lack of service from a disinterested assistant who was more interested in carrying on her conversation with her fellow employee in an otherwise empty shop. I stated I wanted dressy shoes to go to a wedding but didn't want very high heels - was shown one pair of sandals and one very high heeled pair of shoes and that was it! I hadn't even mentioned colour or style. A whole shop full of shoes and I was shown 2 pairs and then advised to go to Hannahs as they "had lots of new stock in". Instead I went to Tango across the road and not only got a great pair of shoes for $249 but received amazing service from a clearly talented assistant who was very enthusiastic about giving excellent customer service.
