We were disappointed with the attitude of one of your more mature female sales persons when we enquired about you stocking a letter rack. She sat firmly behind the computer and just barked out "NO". When we enquired about rimu bedroom furniture she abruptly said "No we can't get it" and made no attempt to show us other items you have. We came in to buy and the attitude of the lady certainly doesn't make us want to come back. What a shameWe are new to New Plymouth and have a house to furnish.
I understand that retailers are tired at this time of the year but we were buyers and a simple smile would of helped a lot.

When we first moved to New Plymouth I was looking for a furniture store that had a wide selection of home furnishings so I did not have to go to multiple shops. We needed everything from tiles for our bathroom to mattresses and mirrors for the girls room. I was not disappointed when I entered their showroom. Super friendly & professional and with a huge selection of items for every room in the house. And they were the only shop that offered free set up and delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
