  I've contacted them several times for a job. Initially the response was it's a tight timeframe due to xmas but we'll send you a quote. Despite several attempts of getting the quote done (basically emailing them with no reply), I only got a reply in Feb asking if I was still interested in doing the job and that they had all the drawings and info I had been sending them. I replied I still was and again didnt they let me down by not replying nor sending me any estimates Since then I've emailed a few more times to no avail not even an apology or acknowledgment of my emails. very unprofessional behavior.a real shame as they seem very personable.

  Really sorry to say I waited over 2 months for a quote. Agree with the other posts, I felt a bit stupid as they stopped communicating. Would have appreciated if they had just told me they were too busy or the job was too small and then I could have moved on. Such a shame.

  Disappointed at their lack of communication. Good customer service would be just to politely reply that you are too busy to do the job, rather than provide no response. I will go elsewhere.
