  Slow shipping, same story as every other review here, their tracking doesn't work and no one can tell you what's happening with a parcel. "Agreed delivery date" is listed on the order but not met, still waiting on parcel from Reebok/Adidas. I would recommend shopping elsewhere or ordering products from Adi/Reebok retailers instead. Can't understand how it takes this long for a national delivery, other companies have this down to overnight, or weekly, these guys aren't even close. An absolute shambles of a company.

  After 3 weeks of waiting for a pair of Adidas shoes they still haven't arrived..
  NZ Post does Auckland to Christchurch overnight. DB Schenker does Auckland to Christchurch "overmonth".
  A embarrassingly awful courier and shipping company.

  0 star for DB Schenker. I can't believe this slow for simple delivery.

  Not only is the delivery unbelievably slow, it's a mission trying to track exactly where my parcel is and to contact these guys..
  No idea why Adidas has chosen this company over so many other good courier service providers.

  One star is more than enough, I don't know why Adidas using their service, it also decreasing Adidas reputation for timely delivery and sale. Don't buy from Adidas until they finish the agreement with db schenker. Its for 2 weeks the parcel from Adidas is with driver. I don't know what the driver is doing. Poor tracking software. Poor customer service.
