Reasonably well appointed apartments. Tidy and clean. Suggest that you get a room street side. Air conditioning from neighbouring hotel goes continually until 10pm

It's comfortable enough, but it seems very old and tired. The shower is a constant fight between too hot and too cold, adjusting it by even a half millimetre and it'll be freezing cold or boiling hot. The bathroom sink drains so slowly that it's easy to overflow if you're not careful.
It is close to the centre of the city though so that's a bonus. It just seems like it hasn't been renovated in the past 20 years and it's starting to really show. You can see some of my photos to get an idea of what the rooms are like. It would be fine for a family on a budget, but if you paid full price you'll be annoyed. The only other thing is the window in the master bedroom opens up way too far, a small child could fall out if they were playing around. I'll tell them this though, hopefully it will be fixed, I'm sure it's just my room affected.

Went to see some friends who were staying here during the week. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable & they appreciated being right in town and near to the waterfront

The establishment TRIPLED their rate as there was an event on this weekend. The rooms are in poor repair with outdated decor, money better spent at a caravan park or the likes.

Clean with good amenities except for car parking options if you are lucky you might get a park on street luckly we stayed on the weekend so the on street parking was free but otherwise its pay and display or you can pay $30 a day for parking from the hotel :/ Our queen bed was two singles put together which made a horrible lumpy middle, my husband was not impressed ;p Location was really good, we walked to Westpac Stadium and ate at The Featherston which was amazing and just across the road. Service of hotel was good. All we needed was a clean place to sleep and for that this hotel was good. Next time we might find a place with a few more perks like pool or spa but for this trip it was adequate. Would have liked a full queen bed though

Nice clean apartments in great location. Friendly staff and well maintained. Just wish the view was a bit better but that's not a major issue. Car parking could be better though especially for vans.
