Friendly staff, large and clean rooms. Good amenities, quiet and close to city center. Staff were super helpful. 10/10 would stay here again.

Reasonable accommodation. Would have liked to find parking for those staying but only paid parking available. Room was in reasonable condition and repair. A few logistical choices in the design lost points in my review but notl deal breaker. Staff are friendly and informative.

Very friendly staff, clean, tidy, good size room.
However:
1. Next door gym start music from 5:30am.
2. When the sun comes up, seagulls noise becomes real issue.

Place is fine for a quick stopover, and meets all requirements. Staff were nice and room is spacious enough and clean. We however had issues with outside noise from car alarms going off most nights, which I realise is not Quest's fault, but something to be aware of.

We enjoyed our stay at Quest Napier. Really friendly welcome. I'd just bought a new car in Auckland and was very pleased that it could be parked in a secure/locked car park under the building. I met the owners who were awesome. Have told my business partner who travels to Napier frequently and I thoroughly recommend a stay.

The owners of Quest were awesome and could not have been more helpful, and the building itself was a beautiful building in a central location and the room had everything you'd need for a great stay. Sadly there were two small issues which affected our stay - the first was that the air con in the room just wasn't very effective at all so it was extremely warm in the room the whole time. The second was that there is a gym right next door which starts it's techno music exercise classes with enthusiastic trainers on a loud microphone from about 8am every day. It was really pretty loud, so don't expect a lie in!
I still would recommend this place as a great, centrally located, clean, friendly place to stay though!response / report this review -
