I had the Pork Belly Burger, but the pork was extremely dry, and very chewy. But their Beer Battered Fries were AMAZING!

What happened? After the refurbishment last month, the burgers lost their flavour, the prices went up up up and the the whole thing changed. $16.50 for a burger, $7 for chips and $4 for a coke makes for one expensive trip for 3 people wanting a combo$90!

The staff was really friendly, the location is perfect, and the burgers were quite good. There was just a tiny bit missing for this to be a 5-star experience.

Went on Tuesday, when their gourmet burgers are all only $11. Was busy, and we had to wait. Friendly service from our French waitress and great food. Table next to us had a mixed up order, and we had to wait quite a while (perhaps common on cheap Tuesday?) hence only four stars.

I had the most amazing burger I have ever eaten. I'm not a fan of burgers but I can't stop raving about my beef and bacon burger. Very messy to eat but wow the flavour in this burger was amazing. My husband had a scotch fillet and blue cheese burger my daughter had a beef and mushroom and my son inlaw had a beef bacon and egg. We all raved about our burgers when we were eating them. Fantastic Pronto burgers. Keep up the good work. Pays to order online when they are busy and pick up. They will let you know approximate time to pick up.
