Hmmm. very disapointing. if you want a nice meal try the oasis cambridge instead..

service was very unprofessional, food was average.. the lamb shanks on the menu for 35 were poor, and not falling off the bone, no seasoning or flavour what so ever.. the bed of mash was lumpy and lacked seasoning..

the wine requested off the menu was out of stock, fair enough but staff should be more aware. The wait staff were very unprofessional, eg not serving bottled beer with a glass, and handing children there meals instead of placing them on the table, also knifes and forks were handed to children wheareas they should be placed on table.

food and service has much to be desired..

Also its not very nice to sit at a table with children and have the constant smell of ciggarette entering the room from outside.

The front house older lady of the staff is the only redeming point of the restrant.

Thank you very much P.A. The service, atmosphere and food were all top notch. Table of 10 and all our meals came out quickly and at the same time. Not one single complaint from the whole table. The food was delicious and very generous portions. Will definitely recommend The Prince Albert to others.
