  This is the second time I have used Peter as my agent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's passionate, honest, hard-working and really knows his field, having worked in the business for several decades. But there’s an extra something - and that's the combination of superb marketing and amazing personal support. We were on a journey together through the sale process. He was unstinting in giving his time and attention, and he earned my trust as a man of integrity, someone I could call on for advice and assistance, someone in my corner. He made it all so easy, even in lockdown - and much more enjoyable than I ever thought it could be. Worth every penny of his commission, both in the relationship built and results gained.

  Peter had the home to satisfy my requirements and made its purchase a pleasure.
  
  Peter quickly recognised my requirements for the purchase of my new home and realised that he had the home to suit. He willingly arranged private viewings and answered all my queries. He and his office staff were very efficient in providing all the information that I needed to submit a tender in a short time frame. Peter and his colleagues Mike and Audra at Voyle & Co made me feel that it was their pleasure to assist me in purchasing my new home in the current challenging environment. I am certainly well-satisfied and appreciative of their efforts.

  I have had excellent dealings with Peter Ware for over 33 years now. I initially made contact with Peter way back in the 1980’s in Wellington where Peter helped me with the purchase of a home. Peter also sold my late father’s home when he passed away, which was a difficult time in my life, as can be expected.
  
  I was delighted when Peter was able to assist me in the sale of a property on the Kapiti Coast 10 years ago and have kept in touch with him regularly since. When the time comes to sell my existing home Peter is the agent I will be contacting as I know he will give me the same outstanding service as he has in the past. It is reassuring to know that Peter has been in the real estate business for the long haul and has a wealth of knowledge to share with vendors and purchasers alike.
