Wonderful views of lake and mountains. Great walk along waterside. You may see the Wanaka Tree just off shore.

Beautiful setting beside lake wanaka with the mountains as a backdrop. The park is very barren and bare though. Just grass, a small skatepark, public toilets and a few picnic benches. They could and should do a lot more with the space.

Great view from a great spot. This park is right at the place for best view of the valley which faces Wakana. Lots of restaurants opposite the lake. Tried several of them and liked all of them. This place is very small but one of very lively places in NZ. You will love it.
I also liked a small local market around the corner of the main market. Bought some stuff off of that and loved the spirit of the local people. All are very lively and helpfulresponse / report this review -
