Terrible service from owner Trevor. Very rude, abrupt and incompetent man. He had double charged us as he was not paying attention to his eftpos machine and was too senile to understand how his own eftpos machine worked. However this issue was resolved in the end. Anyone visiting this area please avoid staying here at all costs. You will be left with a bad taste in your mouth.

Anyone wanting to visit Tairua, I high recommend avoiding this place. Disgusting service from the owner Trevor. As soon as we stepped foot into the reception desk, no greeting or welcome at all. Only words that came put of his mouth were "$145" no please or thank you. After I entered in my pin number to pay for the room, this man had the decency to say it didn't go through and refused to check on his end whether it did or not. Even after showing him my bank account directly that he had double charged us, his arrogance and absolute incompetence was abhorrent. This senile man blamed me for his lack of attention and incompetence. This double charge issue was resolved in the end and he realised his mistake. No apologies given from him. Disgusting attitude from a extremely rude man is what you will receive if you decide to come here. Not worth anyone's money or time. Many other accommodation choices in the area with better prices and services. Avoid at all costs.

Wundervolle Lage direkt an der Bucht, Kajaks und Standup-Paddeling-Zubehör kann kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden, W-LAN bis 200mb p.P. kostenfrei und in guter Geschwindigkeit. Zimmer mit Küche gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung!
