Terrible service. Ordered via online store, goods didn't arrive. After chasing The Outdoorsman I am informed the item is not available followed by a couple of minutes worth of excuses explaining to me why they were too busy to advise

We found the service here to be very poor and after making an attempt to get staffs attention but didn't. Because they were to busy chatting to themselves. So we left!!!! Poor service wont be going back. We had traveled some distance to come to this shop as normally very good but very poor.

Very good selection of great gear. The service and staff are terrible. The lady I dealt with should NOT be working in retail. She lost them the last 2 stars.

Awesome service, mad props to the tall one Otis for his help getting my bike going again after I snapped a part after shredding too much gnar at Skyline. Best LBS in Rotorvegas!
