Bryce was SUPER helpful organising a new bike for me. I'm not based in Rotorua and was unable to visit the store personally so he arranged everything by email and phone. He took lots of time to discuss appropriate sizing and review measurements I sent. The bike was pre-built and sent in immaculate condition. A+

Great staff who seem to really enjoy talking to people and answering questions. They even encourage people to shop around and scope out other stores before committing to any major purchase. Very relaxed environment with people who ride a bit of everything.

Used to go here all the time! Used to get on very well with the guys in the store. Until one day, one person tried to charge me $20 just to pump up my tire. I used to go to their store, even though they were a little bit more pricier, however, I haven't been back!!
