I ordered bifolds for converting my laundry into two rooms. Richard gave good advice and was helpful in finding an affordable option for me. The Customer Service team kept me up to date of delays due to covid, which I really appreciated, and overall the experience was excellent. Totally recommend them!

Started off great. Quotes done & happy to meet you in the branch to show products. Then it started to get to hard.
Sales rep did not place the order when given the go ahead. I had to follow up after 2 weeks to check on eta & told it would be 2 - 3 weeks from ordering Communication from there just went south.
Followed up again after another 2 weeks for an eta & told he would get back to me but no response.
Doors finally arrived but they forgot some items so more delay for my builder.
The only thing that seems to come out on time is the bill.response / report this review
