Friendly and helpful service when collected the car. Spoken to another member of staff when I enquired about an alternative drop off point since my plans had changed-another moment of wonderful customer service. Dropped off the car in Christchurch, the team was great as well. Fast, efficient and very personable customer service provided! :)

Great service..fast pick up from Nelon airport. Convenient & thoughtful as on returning the car a staff member immediately came out & told me to hop in passeger seat & he would take us to the airport in same car (I rented)..to save taking my 4 year old grandson & car seat out & putting it into the shuttle van. Although we had plenty of time to spare this would be a time saver for others who may be running late!!!. Easy process & pleasant staff..👍👍

A really good experience. Vehicle very suitable for our needs. Very pleasant helpful person to deal with. Pick & drop off at the airport done efficiently.

Omega car rentals in Nelson was very accommodating when I called and said we needed to extend another day and was affordable in comparison to the other car rental companies in the area. The car was an easy drive with decent gas mileage. Would have been a 5 star review but the GPS we paid extra for wasn't updated and didn't know half of the addresses we put into it so we roughed it and downloaded the destinations through google maps on our phone before we left for an area.

They offered the best price I could find at Nelson airport. The car was not top cosmetic condition - quite a few scratches and an odd after-market head unit - but it carried us safely and economically. Staff were all friendly and helpful to deal with.

Ive never had better friendlier more efficient rental car service. In the world. Represent everything to be admired in doing things the Kiwi way, relaxed yet impeccable service and couldn't do better. you would be foolish to go elsewhere if booking a car in Nelson.

Kind support
Omega is the only car rental agency that accept restricted license. I rent a good car with cheap price, really save petrol and they even offer snow chain for free. Very good support. Thanks team.response / report this review -

I have rented economy cars from Omega (Nelson) 3 times in the past 6 weeks. Their service is efficient, super friendly and cost effective. Their pick up and delivery service is always punctual, and the paperwork process is fast and easy to follow. It is a real pleasure to deal with these guys, and we will be back. Bill

Efficient and friendly service in both Nelson pick up and Christchurch drop off. Car perfect for our needs on both rural roads and highways. It was spotless and economical to fuel too. Overall great value for money and a happy experience. We will hire Omega again.

Excellent service. All the paperwork was easy to deal with, so that we picked the car up after hours, as promised, with no fuss. Car was lovely, better than expected for the money, clean and tidy, and good on fuel. No problems at all. Returning the car to the airport car park was perfect, small charge for doing this, but saved a lot of messing about just before a very long flight home. Thanks to all at Omega cars, will certainly use again.

I was collected from the airport promptly. The car was ready and waiting at the depot. It met all our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I met a character at the petrol station while I was refuelling. I had been trying to navigate my way back to the depot. He offered helpful advice (which worked) and when I got there I found that he had actually been a member of staff! Not pushy, but quetly anonymous and helpful.and it was he who ferried us back to the airport. WELL DONE, NELSON BRANCH!
