SUPER pushy on the photo package. They made us wait over 45 minutes at the shop just to hear about all the photo packages. We were asked about 10 more times if we wanted the photo. The skydiving was great and seemed very safe. Marcos was awesome and super fun to dive with. The pushy sales pitch really put a damper on the event.

No more a dream !! done and dusted. the best feeling ever. Thanks Nzone for this amazing experience. right for the helping staff to sky dive masters everyone at this center were amazing. i would definitely recommend this place for skydiving. Best feeling and the best place :)

Awesome jump. Really enjoyed it.
We couldn't sky dive on the day we booked for because of bad weather. Managed to rescheduled for 2 days later and headed to drop off zone. 🖒🖒 15000ft way to go

Staff was helpful and friendly (they accidentally charged me twice but was quick to refund and fix upon being notified). The brazillian bus driver was particularly funny and deserves a big pay raise (he made me say that). Will be jumping again from 15K ft on my next visit. "Nothing quite like falling at terminal velocity!"

Bad experience at check in but great experience after that.
Booked 830am, we arrived to check in at 815. Been told to seat and wait. Saw bunch of people coming at 830am. However, they all has been told the activity was cancelled due to the weather except us. We wait until 850am and curious that it shouldn't be too late. Also, there was no staff came to us. We decided to ask the counter and the guy just told us it was cancelled. Felt disappointed at first until he provided us super star services. He suggested and transferred us to sister company Skydive Paradise (45min drive from town but absolutely worth). He helped us call shotover for rescheduled our shotover jet booking to make sure we can make it after the skydiving. Appreciated to him to provide us very satisfied service and thanks to the company and staff for great experience!

Good jump and pretty good instructor but everyone else was terrible especially the customer service. Continualled delays for everyone so allow at least 4 hours for the jump as well as multiple days where you can go (don't book anything straight after in case they delay you). No safety briefing, exorbitant prices for photos with no guarantee of quality or refund/compensation if they're horrible, extremely rude attitude from staff members. Our bus driver didn't show up, we were given the wrong edited video, we had to go on a smaller plane and all with zero apologies and poor communication.

It was a good experience because it was my first but would have chose a different company to jump with and here is why

- when we were registering and paying one of the guys in our group was chugging beer and being quite annoying. Instead of suggesting he come back another day they allowed him to go. Personally I think this is negligence on the companies behalf.

- waited over 3 hours to jump because the incompetent staff at the front desk lost our forms and therefore forgot about us.

- the guy I was paired with forgot to take his name off the roster and then when he realized he was jumping he was pretty short. Didn't really care to socialize and when you're nervous this kinda attitude is really off setting. Would have been nice to have someone who was into the job to share the experience with.

- when certificate was emailed they combined mine and my boyfriends name on it (who is that again)? Would have been nice to get two separate ones. Specially considering the amount of money we gave you.

Did a tandem skydive.

It was okay. Skydiving isn't that exciting. You get a good view, but not significantly better than a flight or hike. It didn't feel dangerous. Ultimately you're strapped to a professional who makes sure you're safe.

The staff were friendly, and it was well managed.

Only a few issues:
* waited for 20-30 minutes for bus to depart Queenstown
* the were 15 in the group, meaning it took a while to get through everyone
* the video is edited to have music over the top, though the staff were willing to provide the raw video
* the video is expensive ($150)
* not about to take your own action camera. Why not?

I regret doing it.

My second dive in New Zealand and just as enjoyable as the first. The adrenaline rush is like no other and the scenery around Queenstown is stunning from 15,000ft. The staff were relaxed and friendly and my tandem master, Junior, was very engaging throughout the experience and added to the enjoyment. If you can afford it, do 15,000 you will only regret it if you don't!

Not only is Skydiving one of the best experiences ever, but the people here made it so relaxed and fun. My tandem Skydiver/instructor was super patient and made it all so fun even though he'd done something like 27000 jumps before myself. If you read this and are going Skydiving, make sure you get a photo + video package; you can relive the moment again without the fear! (And show your friends how fearless you are ;) )
