Pathetic service..8 hours for a windshield replacement, been booked for 2 weeks, save yourself the trouble and go to smith and smith

Novus Canceled first appointment and didn't show for second. No call until 40 minutes after they were due, which was to cancel again. Have rung insurer to get me another service provider. Total waste of my time, and completely unprofessional.

I had a really bad experiance at novus. My car's wof failed for CVA damage which was fixable because it was too small. Novus said they can guarantee to fix it and wof will pass. If anything goes wrong come back to us we will sort it out. They fixed it cost me $92.0 cash. Apparently wof failed again, went back to novus..unfortunately they didn't take any responsibility..talked me blah blah blah put me in the middle of wofman and novus made me innocent listener. Finally they said will send me a link through email to get wof done from another place and spend another 40 buckz . They even haven't sent me the link either..such a bad customer service ever seenwould recommend never ever go there cheers.

I had a windscreen replaced by Novus, the price was reasonable and they were friendly, however the interior panels at the edge of the windscreen both fell off after the replacement screen was installed. I returned and got them to fix it but they continued to fall off and I also began to have issues with the windscreen framing on the exterior - it blew off when a truck passed on the open road. They did the job, the finish really let them down though - in future I'll try elsewhere.

Booked in for home service, 6 days in advance. Explained that I have kindagarden and school pick ups so to come early enough for it to set by 2:20. No contact by 9:30 so rang and got told he had an emergency window to do ( obviously booking in advance means nothing) still no contact by 1 pm so I rang again - we will be there by 2 pm - we'll that won't work.

Brilliant service Iv'e got 3rd party Insurance with glass coverage I've had 2 new windscreens on this car ,one back 1/2 lite and numerous stone chips.Usually I wait until they come out but Sockburn has a good waiting room.They are fast especially full replacement seemed like I'd just sat down when He came to the door 'finished' !
Great Guys I've had the same now and then, Trucks speeding never fails and so annoying.Another break back to Novus I hope wont be for a while though.response / report this review
