-10 review DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I took my car in the first time after it stopped working thinking it was an ECU problem, 2 days later I received a $450 bill and a full service on my car - oil filter change, anti freeze etc which was fine. Until it broke down on me again that same day. Puzzled as to why it broke down I took it back in to the guys and they assured me just to "keep the petrol above a quarter - as these are usually the only issues they have with that particular car" they also suggested it could be the fuel pump and filter. So I went away and of course it broke down on me again. Being the middle of winter it was less than ideal to be driving around and breaking down every other day and having to organise alternative transportation. We replaced the fuel pump and filter and it wasn't until my boyfriend finally gave the mechanics the hard word that they needed to actually FIX the problem they realised it was the ECU (after all - FANCY THAT) that was causing the problem and sent it away to be fixed. Finally after the fourth week of going back and forth to these mechanics and $1100 later (which left me in tears) the car "seemed" to be driving well. Although there are many odd things happening to the car now which were NOT happening before we took it in to the incompetent mechanics. I was finally relieved to have a car in working order however not all the stress that came along with it. It still doesn't help the fact that this process took four long weeks, the incompetent guys in the mechanics took advantage of a young girl trying to get as much money as they could out of her and not even FIXING THE PROBLEM. This to me is disgusting service and have absolutely no idea how they are still in business. 1. they did not diagnose the problem, they serviced it instead 2. They didn't offer to look at the car the second time they just fobbed it back off to me 3. They didn't offer a loan car UNTIL I had been without a car for 3 weeks. 4. The second lot of work was originally $250 which we refused to pay then all of a sudden the invoice stated $100. Which this should have been credited off THE $1100 bill after the nightmare they caused. Assholes.

complete rip-off , they charged me $45 just to have a look on my car brakes without telling me in advance. It was just 5min job, do business with ethics guys. I do not recommend these guys unless you want to get ripped-off . I don't know where all other reviews came from , maybe from their friends and family..

Dirk and his team did 2 tricky repairs on my car and were really good about it. My son had to go to his piano lesson and Dirk bought a replacement car to us in 6 minutes! Unbelievable service!
