You shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The building may not look that good but the people inside are awesome.
The city's staff has been extremely helpful. From the parking ticket officer who gave us a ticket to the lady at the City Council offices.

You really need to fix the lines especially in the stoke area for internet access because we paid a ridiculous amount of money and were promised an upgrade in speed but it dropped by like 40% because of the way its been set up in stoke, and it took me 5 mins to load the page to write this comment.
