Too expensive to stay here for a single camper - two people yes, three people the fees are back to being v expensive. Small lots. No doubt facilities are better than the normal campsite - the eating area looked just liked a farm shed to me personally - i guess see for yourself.

Ups: Quite inexpensive campground, free unlimited wifi, large kitchen, shop with local goods and camping equipment. Downs: campground rather dense, wifi unusably crowded in the evening, construction site on the back.

What a gorgeous place to come and recharge for a night. A really well thought out place to stay, eat, shower, do laundry and get out of the rain. Highly recommendable.

Great and interesting store but the people working there are "A"-grade pricks.

I purchased a few cool items at the cost of $200+ and some drinks/snacks.

We are of an Asian ethnic background but are second-generation New Zealanders. They would make snide comments whenever we asked about an item. We didn't even have a foreign accent but I guess just being a visitor to their store was enough for them to gossip between themselves.

I guess being such a small town, whenever they see new people they just can't help themselves and must pass judgement.

Side-note: Ordered a mocha and it was terrible.
