  Climbed Mt Tarawera in 1992 when I was 12 years old as part of a school camp. Remember thinking at the time would I ever make it to the top it took so along, hah so young. The feeling though on reaching the summit was one word-Magical.Still one of the best feelings Ive felt to this day. You can feel this Maunga's mana and wairua at all times when you are on it I wish to climb and conquer it again one day.
