Had noodles which were undercooked. Some food a bit overpriced and the restaurant was on the cold side. Service was good.

Just speechlessFirst time in NZ where we were told not to come back when we refused to pay for the order that we have not ordered. They accused my friend for making an order for 3 dishes when he had only ordered one. And when he took the other 2 back by saying "sorry, I must have not made it very clear but I only ordered dumplings", they accused him by saying you admitted to your own mistake by saying sorry, therefore you have to pay for all 3 dishes as someone has to cover the cost I didn't know it was a crime to have decent manners in New Zealand..(They must have expected us to say something like 'you stuffed up so take it back') Why would we have to pay for dishes we didn't even order or let alone eat when the waitress clearly misunderstood my friend's order due to her limited communication skills. Thanks for treating us like thieves and telling us never to come back.

Very tasty food but the service was a little slow. We booked a table for lunch (for 10 people) and the meals came out individually. There was a long wait. Most of us had finished by the time the last meal arrived.

I have been a loyal customer to enjoy this restaurant till the end of this August. I ordered the same meal I always had for lunch, and right after I dug in, something almost choke me, then I found out it was a WIRE from the wire brush! I showed it to the waitress without making a fuss. She apologised and then the manager came to me and dropped an unexpected question "would you like us to cook you a new dish?" With only 30min lunch break, I couldn't afford spending another 10 minutes waiting. So I said no. After finishing the food, I paid full amount (around $14) and got a $3 voucher. Well, that was my last and will be the last visit.
