Best service ever yesterday. Lyn ( Garden Department) went way beyond to help me - outstanding service from the time I entered her Department to the time she put my shopping in my car, Mitre 10 I hope you appreciate her she is a real gem.

The cafe a mitre 10 Rangiora is set in a lovely garden with a quiet streamit has tables inside and out.I love this place for its peaceful location and the good is pretty good to

Awesome customer service today. Purchased a door handle set. Got it home and it was missing a grub screw which meant it wouldn't work. Went back. Ladies sorted out Straight away, no hassles. Awesome experience.

entrapment advertising left a very sour taste. big signage for a bucket lid at a low price and no pricing signage for the bucket. almost got suckered in. only when I checked the sales docket did I realize the deception. not the only customer suckered in. very BAD on you mitre 10.

Not 5 stars because they dont do fly buys points anymore but the products are ok and the staff are great, there's always someone to answer any questions about products and how to use them, very helpful and friendly.

Rang on Boxing Day (very busy time for them) and they were really helpful. The item was out of stock but they checked to see where else it might be available and offered to ring when back in stock.
