Elgas is awful service, well in the east side of Christchurch anyway. Third time now their delivery on our schedule day has let us down again. Customer service, drivers and their communication is hopeless, even when they tell us what we should do to stop this happening again, they let us down. We rely on our gas. I'm thinking because we only have one bottle, they can't be bothered

Always get our swap bottles from our local Z store, and get our flybuys and our card stamped after 10 get a free bottle, this is discontinued that is fine, but the quality of the bottle we got was not fine, it was covered in grease and add the outer layer of dirt, the young man put it straight into our boot for us and got home and this disgusting looking bottle hanging out of our gas heater, not pretty and every time i start it up i think i should not have to clean a bottle that i have paid good money for. Next time it might be cheaper now that there is no card points to get it filled at $7.00 cheaper, then you know your bottle is a clean presentable bottle in your lounge. Disappointing in the quality of the bottle, i would think before they go out someone filling them would think to wipe them down, someone's bbq fat is sitting on my bottle covered in dust etc, not a good look Wendy
