Recently, I had a suit and a dress drycleaned for a funeral. I paid for the express service and was impressed with the efficient turnaround and the friendly, caring attitude of the staff member. Will go back again!

Wonderful service! I'm so pleased with the results, I really didn't believe my favourite top could be saved but they managed it!!

Today was my first time drying my clothes over there and I love it! The place is tidy and is so easy use the machine! For sure I'll keep drying my clothes everytime when I need it! Highly recommended!

Shrunk my clothes so now it looks like I'm wearing my son's shirts.
Lost my socks. Also told me to meet them at the shop and left me waiting 2hrs. Don't use this dry cleanersresponse / report this review -

1. They didn't pick up my clothes twice.
2. When my clothes were returned it was very wrinkly but they did not say anything until I called to complain.
3. They agreed on giving the clothes a wash and iron but again they did not pick up my clothes.
5. When I called them to ask what's going on the lady I first talked to was very nice and told me that they will pick it up and re-do it.
6. 2 seconds later I got another call from someone else and she came up with the totally different story and basically told me they have no responsibility to cover the cost.
7. We agreed on contacting via emails but they called me several times very next day.
8. I am trying to deal with them but they have been ignoring my emails for 2 weeks.
They made no effort to apologize. The same day delivery that they advertise on their website is a total lie. I recommend using another dry cleaner if you don't wanna be stressed out on just getting your clothes not wrinkly.response / report this review -

Good quality dry cleaning, and handy service with the text messages. However can't use them anymore as they don't open on Saturdays (why???). I live in the city but now work elsewhere, and need Saturday opening to drop off and collect, as I only arrive back in town after they close during the week. This company is only useful for people who work nearby.
Unfortunately, with less and less dry cleaners around, and the ones that are around not apparently fully understanding their customer needs like having normal full opening hours, one would expect an accelerated move away from formal clothing. Looks like I will need to switch to polo shirts from business shirts, as I can't have the business shirts dry cleaned anymore. Pity.response / report this review -

Awful awful awful. I dropped my jacket off for same day service as I needed it for a special occasion. At 15:00 I receive a call to say it won't be ready until after midday the next day. 4 calls later with 2 different people absolutely no solution provided. Worst customer service I've ever received. I dread to think what state my silk jacket will be in when I collect it tomorrow. Definitely a lot of excuses as to why I can't have it back today. Very upsetting.

Terrible service. I had to wait over 3 weeks to get my jackets back, and when they were FINALLY ready i was not called or texted to be informed. Even though they had my phone number and i had visited the shop and told them to contact me as soon as they were ready.
