Dave has a can-do attitude which is only surpassed by his wide knowledge base. I straight away felt confident that Dave understood our situation, understood what we needed, knew how and who to work with to get it and that he was on our team. Dave Clemens Makes Miracles Happen and The Impossible Possible

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Dave Clemens on behalf of my family. We highly recommend Dave to anyone who is considering buying a home particularly now when the banks are limiting their approvals and criteria.

Dave Clemens's knowledge and expertise of the housing market, insurance, banking and legal requirements is considerable. He also has great empathy and compassion for people. This was demonstrated in his commitment to assist my family to purchase a home towards the end of 2021. At a time we thought would be impossible. He was very patient and assisted us every step of the way and was always available. Trust me, Dave makes miracles happen – Dave makes the impossible possible.

The highlight is my elderly Mum's dream came true as she wanted to move to a warmer house. At 77 she's in our new home turning 78 next month. The house is warm, in a quiet area with a garden where she can potter in and relax. She loves it and even our pets love it! Actually we all love it. It's a beautiful home and it's noise and stress free.

Prior that, we lived in our home on a main road. Although we loved our home, it was run down and Mum wanted to move because it was very cold during the winter months with noisy cars passing and people walking passing all hours daily especially wee hours of the morning.

Words cannot express our deep appreciation to Dave. We owe you so much. Dave is definitely is a hidden gem at Mike Pero and knows his stuff. He went over and above in gathering all the necessary paper work and helping us to understand these. He even talked to me at the real estate's office when we were placed our offer in for our new home and, an hour later the vendor accepted.

Dave kept motivating us to keep to our goal in buying a home. We really have come to appreciate and love Dave. Please contact Dave and don't leave it too late! Like I said, Dave makes miracles happen and the impossible possible.

Dave is relentless. If you need someone to sort a deal with bank, and it is in any way complex, he has the knack of getting everything lined up; in just the right time. There is so much stress in getting everything sorted, but he takes a bunch of the pain away. Dealing with banks is one of the hardest things, in terms of getting someone to talk to constantly, and using someone like Dave means you have someone in your court the whole time, pushing them, getting them across the line on issues you’d struggle with dealing with them directly. He knows his stuff, and can play various players off one another. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I am not one that normally writes reviews, but what Dave did for us, I had too.

We were put into the position of being able to purchase our rental directly from our landlord when he advised us that he was going to sell. We didn't have a full deposit for us to go directly to a bank. We engaged with a local broker that dragged out the process and advised us she couldn’t do anything more when she couldn’t get it over the line. Not giving up on buying our rental, I rang around a few places, explaining our situation, and it was Dave that put in all the effort in out of everyone I contacted.

Within 40 minutes on the phone, he had our application filled out and ready to be submitted once we provided him with the documents he required. Our loan was approved around 7 days later, with the limited funds that we had for a deposit.

Unfortunately, the deal was pulled at the last minute by the vendor, and we were back at square one and short of cash that we required and a 30-day deadline to get the deal across the line. With Dave’s help and patience’s, he was able to come up with a plan and secure lending for us again to get it across the line with a bank. If it wasn’t for Dave, we would have to be downsizing and trying to find another rental in Wellingtons crazy market.

None of this would be possible without Dave. We owe him a huge gratitude for everything he has done, for us to obtain our home. I highly recommend Dave.
