Someone tried to get into our room while we were sleeping. Clearly they had a key or the ability to enter. Luckily I had put the chain on the door. This made a big noise, woke us and the person ran off. We're they a drunk returning late or a burglar? I can't tell. However, they still managed to open the door. I told management of the incident the bed was comfortable as I had the next 2 hours laying awake. Room 6.

Made a booking for my wife and kid for one night stay for her birthday only for her to find out on arrival that the booking was cancelled because they thought we needed a larger studio and they didn't have one. Interestingly, I gave her my credit card details, she confirmed and we requested a smaller studio if it became available! Should stay away from this one!
