Came in to get dinner for my daughter and her friend and what a cock up. They ordered there food got the new pack for $30.00 and they forgot the drinks my daughter and her friend waited and waited as they thort they were getting there drinks.
I got my daughters attention and asked what she was waiting for she said her drinks I said to go and ask and she did she came back out after another 5 minutes keeping in mind they had already got some of there order and had already been waiting 10 minutes before letting them know about not getting there drinks.
Another 5 minutes went by still nothing so already they have waited 5 minutes more taking there wait time to 15 minutes just for drinks. When my daughter asked again about the drinks they hadn't even got her drinks so in all they waited almost 20 minutes for there drinks, and by the time we got home there dinner was cold and I had 2 very unhappy girls it's just not good enough and then to make my daughter feel like it was her fault because she didn't tell them sooner they ordered and they should have got the entire order not be made to wait over 20 minutes for a few drinks then made to feel like it's there fault.
I haven't had any problems here in a long time and then this happens just when my faith in the store was happy with all the service I go and this happens.
So not sure how to deal with this but it sucks.response / report this review -

Fast service. freshly cooked food. staff are pleasant. Fraps are best in town.

The entrance was wide and we'll thought out in terms of access.
The food however was average for a McDonald's and the McCafe lacked some of the syrups needed for hot beverages.
Tables were not wiped and had trays left. Bathrooms were disgusting, no disability access and were tagged.response / report this review -

What's there to say, Mc'Ds is Mc'Ds same as the others, no better no worse, luckily they have a frappe machine, Tauranga doesn't!

Always a delay on drive thru! Out of all the Mcdonalds drive thrus this has to be worst! Especially if you order coffee

Worst service I have ever experienced! Charged me for a combo when I asked for the meal on its own. When the manager came to see what the problem was she just rudely said WHAT? WHATS YOUR PROBLEM? Got a refund for the drink which was good and I took my meal to the car to find there is no butter in my kiwi big breakfast! So I go back and ask for some and was told nah they are 20c each really?! The butter comes free at every other McDonald's! So your expected to just have dry muffins? Will never come back here!
