  We recently purchased a Mazda CX-3 from the New Plymouth Branch. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional service that Mark Wood gave us in explaining all the features and a follow up call after a week to see how everything was going. We have been dealing with Auto City for about twenty years and always found them great to deal with.

  Looked at all makes and models suitable to our needs before settling on a Suzuki. Pennington's made the entire experience enjoyable, knowledgeable and totally professional. Nothing was an issue, no query left and everything done in exactly the time frames they provided. Totally awesome team to deal with, highly recommend to all. Thanks Pennington's.

  I have a Harrier warranty on my wife Suzuki Swift and was a bit dubious about having to do 6 monthly services ONLY with this dealer. Just had the second one done. Both completely fully, on time and at a very reasonable price. Even replaced a rear windscreen wiper refill for the massive cost of $4.93. Service staff friendly and competent :)

  Fantastic service, we were in a Pontiac classic car and looking into the auto electricians opposite and found it was closed. A Penningtons Salesman saw us and asked if we needed help and said maybe they had a mechanic available and directed us to the workshop. The Workshop supervisor organized a mechanic to imeadiatly and fixed our car. No charge!

  Overcharged, value service deal on website has hooks and is badly thought out. Long waits for them to get back to us when querying them about it.. never again.
  9 mar 17 - Rectified finally, though what a painful experience to do so which needn't have been.

  After purchasing our brand new BT50 ute last August we are more than happy . 1st service last month and ute was ready on time as required. Have also had a couple of calls from sales rep Mike over this time making sure everything is ok.
