OMG Lord of the rings fans. When we saw it we were over the moon. Great staff. We brought our hoodies there ready to visit the shire. Good photos taken there. Toilet is a very short stroll to the left of the house Building.

Really cool building in the style of the lord of the rungs and hobbit movies only here briefly to book tickets but staff were very helpful and friendly and efficient.

It's a good place to find information about Matamata, Rotorua and this area. You can buy tickets to visit Hobbiton Movie Set when you arrive there.

The cutest information centre in the world. Framed in a Middle-Earth style outer, it doesn't exactly transport you to another world, but it more or less gives you all the information to do so! All the information you need to enjoy your stay in the area, this is the place to start any of the heritage trails, get picked up for your trip to Hobbiton and you can even buy some gifts if you can't make it to the actual movie set.

I didn't actually stop here. Just parked so I could use the toilets, with where very clean considering they are public toilets in a town that is pretty much a public toilet it self.

Great place, very friendly staff. No problem with the booking of our tour. Only down side - the shelfs were almost empty and not a lot of coices with the Hobbit post cards anymore.

Busy hub tourist attraction. Public restrooms are clean as maintained regularly. Can park up and sit on village green with bite to eat if travelling through.

Beautiful and lovely attractive Hobbiton architectural design building. You can book it online and on the spot as well. Plenty Parking space available. You can park your car here, use public restroom and take a 15 minutes bus ride to the movie set.
