It's rare to find a proper pet shop these days - one full of actual pets, supplies that cover all the bases and welcoming staff that know their community and can speak intelligently. Better than any chain.

Friendly service and good prices. Also a good range of things. Caters for birds, mammals, reptiles and fish (both tropical and coldwater, no marine except for a display tank).
