  Poorly designed store. Staff member was quite annoying following us around the store- would have liked some space to look at the products.

  Absolutely disgusting and appalling experience here.
  
  Was gifted a $40 voucher for Christmas hoping for a nice Saturday brunch, but the staff refused to honour it because we didn't have the receipt for the voucher!!! Staff were incredibly rude. I'd stay well away, and keep the money in your own pocket before you decide to dine here. Awful customer service

  Imagine my surprise when I found an eatery in a mall that wasn't a soulless facsimile of mall eateries everywhere. The merchandise is a foodie's heaven and even though it was super-busy with the pre-Christmas rush, found a table to sit at and let the mayhem continue around me while I lingered over my coffee much longer than I should have. Will be back to try the food, which looked delicious, and gaze longingly at the array of packaged goodies on display:-)
