Lots of information and creative paintings/pictures are the room.
Many good information for the hike to Apple Tree Bay
Its an open sided timber shack that demarcates the start/end point of the abel tasman great walk. Some information boards inside, public telephone and a map board. No ranger here. No water either (that i could see). Nothing exceptional nice views from the start point to the mountains and the sea. My shuttle bus picked me up here to return to nelson.
It's a kiosk that has information. Kinda serves its purpose in that respect.
Good viewpoint undercover with interesting information about park
The Marahau information kiosk is the starting point (or ending, depending on the direction of your hike) of the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. We started our hike hike of 12 km around 10 am after reserving a return trip with one of the nearby taxi boats for 4 pm. We hiked leisurely and arrived at the pickup point at 2:30 pm. What a wonderful hike. The views are absolutely amazing. I would not consider the hike itself to be hard, even though there are a number of ups and downs, but it is a long one. So make sure you have conformable footwear.
At low tide, walking on the beach will find many sea creatures, this is the real beach!
在海水退潮,走在沙灘上會發現許多的大海生物,這才是真正的海灘!
