A great little theatre and cafe. Comfy 2 seater lounge seats and Kapiti ice cream available. Always a treat to go there.

Classy theatre with a much more personally attentive staff than the chain theatres. Much better service.

Couldn't be better!!! I love this cinema! But it doesn't have popcorn😯 but it's ok because it makes up in other ways! I'm some ways go popcorn is a good thing because there is no one sitting behind you crunching away at a box of popcorn!! ;-)

The Lighthouse Cinema at Petone is the very best theatre I have visited. The seats are comfortable, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The coffee is great; as is the cafe food.

We enjoyed this place. It was better than what we expected. The seating was tops. It is a 'classic' old building setting rejuvenated to attract a trendy crowd.

Well done boutique cinema with multiple genre screenings. Cafe with local and packaged drinks and nibbles.

Awesome little cinema. Romantic - excellent for putting the moves on, maybe not so fun for bro dates. There's also an embargo on popcorn which seems a little sacrilege, but they DO serve beers to compensate

Very comfortable, neat and tidy, less commercial looking than most. Also has the big advantage over Event that it hasn't been knocked down post-earthquake.

I like this movie theater, about the same price per ticket as 'regular' cinemas. You can get a wine and food before the event that you take into the movie with you. There's a good range of movies to watch in 2D or 3D. The seating is couch style and is very comfortable. Lately been to fund raising events there which is a nice way to support the community.
