Happy with the drawing he completed. Watch out for him charging 15% on top of other contractor invoices sent to him (council fees etc) just to give it to you on his letter head. When questioned wasn’t happy with his arrogant responses as he also tried to pass this off as GST on invoice, when questioned was actually his 15% ‘handling fee’, not GST. Didn’t even bother responding once he got his money. Won’t be doing any more work through him
