Was fun until I needed to get back inside to find my friend as I was locked out of my hostel. The bouncer wouldn’t let me get back in even with my stamp.

Dj was amazing, drinks were fairly priced 👌🍸.Security was abit annoying youd have to wait in the same line as people who havnt been let in or have paid entry even though i have been inside and had a stamp on my wrist.

Don't forget your passport before you enter. The place is small but decent, music needs an upgrade. The variety of alcohol is limited and the cost is reasonable

Shame the doors aren't unlocked and ready for opening at 5.30pm. Was looking forward to an overdue visit

Bouncers need to be replaced they were rude and very unfriendly! My brother was refused entry because of "being to intoxicated" when he only had a few drinks and we had just come from Kiwi Spirit ! We all left and went to all the other bars which we weren't refused and had a good time, Tried 4 more times yet they still refused his entry but were willing to let my sister and I in. Very disappointing when brother was refused when were only there for a good time. So i dont recommend this place at all. And if your a bouncer from there i suggest you bounce yourself to a different job before you loose your job for your poor skills. & Highly suggest working on your communication skills. cause standing there acting all high and mighty talking unpleasant to customers aint going to get you nowhere. And sooner or later you will cross the wrong person.

Sad when you have the required ID to prove your age but the manager decides that it's not good enough and turns you away. I thought a drivers license was legal identification especially when you have other supporting identification also

Only club in Rotorua. So if you want to go to town, only place to do so. Therefore they have whacked up the prices for drinks. A real average night club. Only go with you are drunk and your mates are going to town. You dont want to be the one who suggested it, and get blamed for it in the morning.

This is just the only bar for young people that looks cool around X Base, Rotorua Downtown Backpackers and YHA, which are 3 hostels located in the city center. The bar is quite nice, with a pool table and cool prices for backpackers, but nothing really happens there. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I spent one week in Rotorua and everytime I went there, it was just a boring night. That's a pity, because there is great potential there.

Typical backpacker bar/club. $5 pints and $9 jugs are a good deal. Found security to be quite unfriendly.
