  Steady climb for 1.5 hours. Easy to moderate walk. Watch out for Keas in the carpark and Kakas in the trees. Awesome view from the top.

  Once on the summit you have good views over the area. The climb to the summit is reasonably steep, but doable for everyone. It is a popular trail on the Routeburn track, so it can be busy with trampers.

  Hiked it with my 14mo in a hiking carrier. A little steep towards the end but well worth it.

  Wonderful views of hooker glacier and Lake. Easy grade, recommended for all ages but it's a decent 2.5 hour return journey.
