  Unfortunately the reception on the phone was the most uninviting I have experienced from an accommodation provider in ages.
  
  Due to unforseen circumstances I needed to cancel the booking, giving 7 days notice, and I was not impressed with the lack of empathy offered. During the conversation her other phone rang and i could hear them getting the same rude treatment.
  
  Im glad we are now not going there. Being under pressure at reception is tricky but compassion was lacking resulting in rudeness.
  
  I had to give 1 star to give review. its not worth any stars in my view.

  Lovely relaxing accommodation in rural setting. Always love the views of the mountain and the animals and chooks scratching around. Friendly service.

  A motel with a small working farm attached. Relaxed stay experience in a rural setting with a view of mt taranaki. recommended.
