Despite being the only bank open most of the week, they refuse to give change to anyone who doesnt bank with them. Feels almost criminal to leverage this sort of thing on a government owned resource. Especially in a town like Kaikohe.

EDIT: So this gets worse now, because for some reason you wouldnt serve me and give me change but you had no problem serving my coworker, who also isnt a kiwibank customer. So now I need to ask the question, why was I discriminated against?
