Clyde was extremely amazing! I found their website online when I was looking for a specific brand of accessories (Alex & Ani) that have been discontinued in NZ. I had a few questions about the items, stock on hand and how to wear the bracelets, Clyde and his wife made a video to demonstrate how to use it and sent it to me. He was extremely responsive to my enquiries. My package arrived via overnight shipping all nicely wrapped up in an A&A box. Really happy with the service provided 😊😊
