My wife and I called in for lunch on quite a busy day at this cafe in Eltham, but there were still more than adequate tables. While my wife ordered a sandwich I selected a piece of lasagne which needed heating and we both requested coffees. There were four people working behind the counter, but organisation appeared to be really missing. My wife had finished her sandwich before the coffees or my meal arrived, and others within the cafe also seemed to be on a waiting list. Our coffees finally arrived 25 mins after sitting down, whilst my lasagne arrived five minutes later. Thirty minutes to heat a simple meal is excessive and does nothing for positive customer influence. The female staff however were very pleasant. This place just needs a better organisational system.

Enjoyed a fabulous chicken satay and roti here, and very good coffees. Very clean and spacious, with delightful outside area available. Service was very personable but slow - I think due to staff member having left to get more coffee. The menu was extensive and yummy; cakes and slices looked wonderful.
