We bought 2 large display units and a console table. They are heavy but arrived professionally packaged and protected, and the delivery men offered to unwrap and remove the packaging which was a nice touch. All of them are very solid and already assembled! Very nice quality furniture, well finished. Would recommend this company to others! Thanks

Very pleased with your furniture and service. I ordered online and the girl was very helpful. Sideboard came into stock when they said it would. Two delivery men also extremely friendly and helpful delivering it upstairs. Would highly recommend to others! Cheers!

Very easy to order online and kept fully informed of the progress of the order. Given a firm delivery date - OK it was quite a few weeks, but I was informed of that when ordering - and I got a reminder call closer to the delivery date. On the delivery day, the delivery drivers were professional to handle and care of the item. The TV cabinet was exactly as I hoped it would be - and well made. Nothing to fault really. will surely buy from Oak Furniture Store & Sofas again!

I live in Wellington and I was a bit concerned about spending such a large amount on furniture I had not seen but I need not have worried. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Oak furniture I have ordered online are exactly what were looked on the website. Communication from the company was nice and easy, the bedroom set arrived within the promised timescale and was extremely factory well packed and of the high quality I had expected from the price I paid. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Furniture Store & Sofas. By the way I have now ordered another two oak display cabinets from them!

Online Furniture Ordering system - nice and easy. this company kept up to date on the back order for the furniture we ordered (5 pieces) about 3 weeks ago. I am informed by the phone, my order arrives last week, I am surprised my order has arrived in Wellington so quick during this very special time, Alert level 3 in Auckland. No problems at all so they took it to the room we want upstairs. Very good service, we love our new furniture. Thanks
