A truly great team at Hopman's. Took our vehicle in after a wee run into a ditch. None of the news was good but Claire, Mike, and Kerry worked together with us to ensure we could get the required work done with minimal fuss.
There is a reason we, and other family members continue coming back. Everyone we've dealt with there treats us and our cars with the kind of care, understanding, and courtesy that's rare in a business today.

Took my car here for a quote and they gave me a loan car for the day. Returned next day to pick up my car. Was happy with quote but put it on hold. Great service.

Worst experience ever! It is really crucial guys to read reviews before taking your car and wasting hard earned money. Went to get car fixed, after getting charged unnecessary money the problem is back again in a matter of days! This is not good place to take your car to!

Took our 4WD in for a warrant and it failed on many things including all 4 tyres, brakes, hole in exhaust and a diesel leak. Quoted upwards of $3000 to fix. Sought a second opinion as one of the tyres was only 6 months old so booked in for a warrant elsewhere and they only failed it on one tyre and the exhaust. $185 later and we had a WOF. The brake and tyre tread readings that Hopman Motors noted down for our 4WD were much lower than the other garage and there is NO diesel leak, it was checked thoroughly. There should be no discrepancies in these recordings. I am disappointed because we had another 4WD which we took in for a WOF at Hopman's and they also found a diesel leak and quoted a lot to fix, so we scrapped the 4WD, now I wonder if they were just ripping us off that time too. Pretty disgusted that they would put someone through financial hardship just to make a buck, will not be returning.

Worst place to go for a w.o.f or any other service you need done. Had 2 new tires put on our truck 6months ago and when it went it for a Warrant they failed it on everything they could make money on Inc all 4 tires. I had a feeling something wasn't right so tried somewhere else that doesn't do repairs just check the truck and showed them what it failed on and they couldn't find anything hopman had failed it on except 1 tire was low. Hopman are know around the area as being scam artist and now I know why.
