I have used Hometune for over ten years and found the service to be outstanding.
The customer service is second to none and the staff on the phone are extremely knowledgable and helpful.
The technicians are exceptional and have always provided the highest quality service when servicing and repairing my Mercedes-Benz.

My car was making a weird noise and was beyond uncomfortable to drive and needed a desperate service so I took it to Hometune. The crew at Hometune took this into their own hands and solved the problems and gave it an excellent service and now the car feels like a brand new car. Ecstatic with the result and really happy with the customer service. Was thinking of selling my great car but now I feel like it has got a lot more km's left in it. Thanks Hometune

Useless people, two mechanics cannot find what is wrong with my car, and thought I am a newbie knows nothing about the car. After the check, they tried to pick up my car from the car park, guess what, after 5 mins, the guy cannot even figure out how to get into reverse gear!!!!! What a clown! Can you really trust a guy who does not even know how to drive a car? I will never go back to them. Find someone who you can trust instead, definitely not this place.

I'm restoring a 1970 VW Beetle and the headlights and windshield wipers had me stumped so decided to call in Hometune. Avineshwar showed up to do the work and to say he was a total pro is an understatement. Despite being such an old car he was able to identify, fix and even improvise some new parts on the spot to get it all working. Cannot recommend this guy highly enough.

My car broke down on the side of the road recently. One call to Hometune and the mobile mechanic was at my work within a few hours. Problem diagnosed and fixed. The service was excellent, convenient (as I did not miss any work) and cost effective. I will certain call on Hometune next time I have car issues.

The mobile mechanic from Hometune was excellent. Did a full annual service on my car and identified a couple of issue through his checking. Explained the faults and costs really clearly. Great service - highly recommended

First timer with these guys I had a great tech Stacey, contacted me at a good time and arrived within the time he said. Awesome customer service, talked me through problems and explained everything to me, which was really helpful. Don't know what's with all the negative reviews My experience was great!! Of course, I did read reviews first before I had my car (Golf GTI MK6) sent in for a carbon clean. I always take reviews I read with a pinch of salt. Needless to say, the result of the carbon clean was amazing! Idle has become smoother, response is better, overall driving experience is a plus!! I couldn't help myself but to take it for a random drive around just to feel the difference after the carbon clean.
The technician also provided really in-depth insights and the guys were easy to deal with. Had no issues at all.response / report this review -

I recently had my Suzuki swift get a comprehensive service here and my vehicle has never run better, the service is excellent I found it fast, easy and efficient and I will defiantly be returning to get my car serviced here in the future.
