The place is new and beautiful. The staff are very kind and attentive. Our birthday party was a success, kids can stay at the playground for as long as they want meanwhile parents get to enjoy nice food and coffee.

It's a lovely place. The facilities are top and there is a lot for the kids to do. The coffee shop is more a restaurant as it has tons of seating and a great menu. The only thing is the prices are ridiculous. It's expensive. A lot of parents walk in with packed snacks and drinks because of this. If you're not worried about price and want to visit a great playground then Hippo is for you.

So much fun for the kids. The concept of them scanning in and out was a great idea. The claw machine I thought was a little pricey for only soft toys and chips but they kids still had a blast. Nice and tidy as well

First time here and what an awesome place. Not as big as bounce or chipmunks but definitely more fun activities. Better viewing area for parents. No doubt we will be going back here. Only thing I would say is, it caters for maybe 3 plus better by then it does for toddlers.

Great place for the kids. My children had so much fun and I had a good relaxing time. The cafe is very high standard. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. Just one thing I noticed was that some children were playing with the salt and pepper containers placed on the table. While the adults were so busy talking to each other, the children were licking the salt and pepper from the containers. I let the parents know that and they stopped them. Hopefully they mentioned the staff so that they could clean the containers. Due to the purpose of this place, there are lots of children customers in the cafe and they will want to explore everything they see. Thought you might want to review your current table setting, if the salt and pepper containers can be removed from the tables. Just thought about that. But I do highly recommend this playground and cafe, and we will definitely return for play.
