The customer service from Jess here is always top notch (if a little terse), with prudent advice on using the equipment too. Online orders also ship out quickly which is great.

Bought the smaller tent package. Quality is not bad but the LED was under spec for tent.
Big issue - Tent stitching has come apart . Emailed the provided email with information of what has happened with photos just to basically get ignored .
Absolute joke and so much for your " WARRANTY"
Moving forward based on the lack of respect for the customer i will not do business with this company again and will endeavor for this be advised as such online to educate other of what to expect.
Such a shame as before spending money with this company communication was good, after purchase of product they could care less.response / report this review -

Terrible quality products compared to items purchased at other online hydroponics stores. Terrible customer service too. I purchased 3 items. The t5 light feels like piss poor quality and is very rattly, the grow room glasses were the wrong color, and the "1 meter 2 way extension cords" are actually only 80cm. I sent a friendly email and was forced off due to covid and after a month I haven't had a reply to any of my emails. So I called them, and the woman I spoke to was aggressive and rude and refused any type of help to resolve this because she said "its not my problem". Will never buy from this site again. Herbal House is much better.

Hi team, I had cause to go into your Henderson branch yesterday with an issue relating to a product I had purchased over a year ago. Whilst the product was out of its warranty (less than 3 months) the manager at the store went way above my expectations and called the supplier who gave me a great reduction on a replacement. Although the store manager was within his rights to simply say sorry it's out of warranty but he didnt he went the extra mile and I walked away very happy with the outcome. Would recommend them any time
